Collimating Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescopes

Collimation of Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (SCTs) is vital in order to produce the great optical performance possible with this design.  Many new owners of SCTs believe their optics are sub-par when all that is needed is a night of good seeing conditions and an accurate collimation.
