Phrases for the game should be placed in a file named phrases.txt which can
be created in Notepad. phrases.txt must be in the same folder the program
was installed in - usually C:\Program Files\WheelOfGoodFortune. The sample
included with the program can be edited by double-clicking.

The format of the file should be as in this example:

"Simultaneous Cause and Effect","Buddhist Term"
"Broadway Musical","Entertainment"
"Tsunesaburo Makiguchi","Person"

Where each phrase is on a line, followed by the category. In this example,
the first phrase is "Simultaneous Cause and Effect" which is a category of
"Buddhist Term". Note that the phrase and category MUST be enclosed in
quotes and separated by a comma.

You may have up to 10 phrases in the phrases.txt file. The number of
characters allowed in a phrases depends upon the screen resolution of
your PC. Be sure to test your phrases in advance to insure all
characters show on the screen.

In addition to installing this program, you will also need to make a spinner
using the included "Wheel of Good Fortune.pdf" Adobe PDF file.

The contestant spins the wheel - if they land on lose turn, the next player
is up, if they land on a point value, they guess a letter. They can also buy
a vowel if they have at least $100. Type the letter guessed by the contestant
and press Enter (or click the Submit button). The program will show any
uses of that letter and gray it in the list of letters. Grant points based
on the value on the spinner multiplied by the number of occurences of the
guessed letter (vowels do not grant points). They contestant can then spin,
solve the phrase or buy a vowel. Note that someone needs to keep track of
points and that only the contestant that solves the phrase keep their points.
At the end of the game (3 or so phrases), total up any points and determine
the overall winner.
