DCOM Fix for Windows 95 and 98

If you are experiencing problems running NexStar Observer List after the installation - particularly an error regarding ole32.dll - your computer likely needs this DCOM upgrade from Microsoft.  Download the version for your operating system, double-click the DCOM95 or DCOM98 file to install, restart your computer and try NexStar Observer List again.
