Alignment Stars for NexStar 5/8 and NexStar GT

The NexStar 5/8 and GT telescopes use 40 of the brightest stars for reference points during alignment.  The following table lists those alignment stars in order of Right Ascension.  Below the table is an all-sky chart to help you learn the position of these stars in the sky.
